a robin's nest... this has always had special meaning for our family. a robin roosted ourside our front door in Cincinnati when we were exptecting our first daughter and she hatched her babies around the time zoe was born. now on our front porch there is a robin's nest that the robins return to every year, and we are always happy to see them. here is some of our new artwork inspired by that...

yesterday we decided to make a summer to do list... stopped by michaels to get a canvas, wrote out a list of fun things to do, and transferred them onto the canvas with paint... (thanks to lisa leonard for the inspiration!)
